Joanna Croston is the Director of Mountain Culture at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity and has been on the Banff Mountain Film & Book Festival team since 2007. She is an avid backcountry skier and a climber who has summited many of the classic 11,000 ft. peaks in the Rockies. Her writing has appeared in Highline Magazine, Gripped, The Canadian Alpine Journal, Mountain Life and Alpinist magazine and in 2021 she received an Alberta Magazine Award for an article she wrote about Sharon Wood. She is the author of Breaking Trail: The Chic Scott Story and her latest book, Mountaineering Women, was released in Fall 2025.

Alia Damaihati has currently worked as the Program Director for the Festival Film Dokumenter which based in Yogyakarta, she previously joined 2006 as a head of competition program. For the past decade, she also has focused on Indonesian documentary databases and curated monthly screening programs which are held in partnership with various communities for documentary distribution and promotion. Moreover, as part of her experience, she has been involved as a selection committee and jury member for several international film festivals.

Since his debut in the 2006 series High Kick!, actor Jung Il-woo has built a diverse filmography across various genres over 20 years. Following the recent Vietnamese hit Leaving Mom, he continues to expand his acting spectrum by playing a villain in the Prime Video series Criminal. Furthermore, he is a trusted actor who exerts a positive influence through consistent overseas volunteering and ambassadorships.

Kim Young-jo graduated at the University of Paris 8 in France majoring in film. He founded the independent film production company Monday Morning and produced and directed several documentaries. Currently he teaches students at the Digital Content Department of Dong-eui University.

Currently a Producer and Executive Producer at Film Dorothy. Previously worked in the marketing team at Film Dorothy and served as a program coordinator for the Jeonju International Film Festival and the Busan International Film Festival. She has served as a producer on the films Circle of Atonement(2015), Vertigo(2019), and People and Meat(2025), and as an executive producer on the drama series Lies Hidden in My Garden(2023).

He has been making films since 2017. He directed the short film Mac-Boogie(2017), the mid-length film A Family Man(2019), and the short film Mr. Jang(2021), followed by the feature film When This Summer Is Over(2025).

She began her career as a programmer at JoongAng Cinema and later became the head of the film company Gooan, opening new possibilities in diversity film distribution and marketing through films such as Let Me In, Calling, and The Fall. As the head of CJ CGV’s Movie Collage, she curated various in-theater programs, including The Chinese Film Festival and The Film Quiz Competition. She established LOCA, Korea’s only film business specialized academy. As an investment and distribution team leader at Megabox Plus M, she contributed to the success of films such as The Outlaws, Anarchist from Colony, Forgotten, Brother, and Little Forest. Currently, as the CEO of the distribution company Triple Pictures, she brings commercially successful and meaningful films to the market, including Beauty Water, Drive My Car, You Will Die in 6 Hours, Greenhouse, Cassiopeia, and Nailed, People And Meat, Hanlan.

She won the Best Korean Documentary Award at the 3rd DMZ Docs for My Father’s House(2011), a film about familism and real estate issues in Korean society. She received the Documentary Director Award at the 7th Wildflower Film Awards for her film Itaewon(2016), which explores the changing lives and spaces of women living in a military camp town. She won the Korean Feature Competition Award at the Seoul International Women’s Film Festival and the Jury Prize at the Seoul Independent FF for Us, day by day(2019). Her recent work is Lucky, Apartment(2024).

Choi Yoon was Director of the Busan Film Commission, Director of the Busan Asian Film School, and professor at Dong-eui University(Department of Film Studies). He has worked as a producer and executive producer in a number of films, and has been a judge at various film festivals and institutions, including the 24th Jeonju International Film Festival. He is currently serving as the CEO of Ubicontent2.

Kim Do-hee began working on films with ISKRA21 in 2005. In 2009, began producing documentaries about Koreans living abroad and participated as an assistant director on Course - Jeju, Joseon, Osaka, and continues to document the lives of overseas Koreans. Kim directed I Remember the Village of Utoro(2020), and co-directed Discrimination(2023) with director Kim Ji-woon, receiving the Asia Development Foundation Award at the 13th DMZ International Documentary Film Festival.

Moon Chang-hyeon founded the documentary creative community Ozifilm in 2011 in Busan and identifies herself as a Cine Activist. Her main works include Between Me and I(2013), a short biographical documentary about her turbulent 20s, and Gipeusil(2018), a documentary about a grandmother’s house that was submerged by the Youngju Dam. She is currently directing feature length documentaries, Daughters of GUMI and #with you, while she is also engaged in various activities such as film screening planning and media education.

Park started the documentary with Just Their Christmas(2006) about the life of his next-door grandmother. His works Sea of Butterfly(2011) and Soseongri(2017) won the BIFF Mecenat Award at the Busan IFF. Cruel Season(2010), Legend of Miryang 2 - Miryang Arirang(2014), After Breaking the Silence(2016) and Last Scene(2018), Sasang:The Town on Sand(2020), Buoyancy(2024) were introduced to various film festivals and received a number of awards. He is currently working in Ozifilm and continues his work by expanding topics such as the disabled, workers, females, and culture based in Busan.
