Screening Rules

Bivouac Screening

*Bivouac: camping outdoors without a tent, using natural terrain and landmarks

  • Bivouac Screenings will run continuously without intermission beginning at midnight.
  • Please bring your own sleeping bags, mats, etc. for bivouacking (Electric heating devices are not permitted.)
  • Hill Cinema, where Bivouac Screenings are held, is an open, outdoor space and must ensure that the Bivouac setup does not interfere with other guests.
  • Screening will proceed as scheduled in light rain or drizzle, but may be rescheduled or canceled in case of strong winds or heavy rain.
  • Entry begins at 22:00, and all belongings must be cleared and the venue exited by 07:00 the next morning.
  • To ensure on-time screenings, bivouac preparations must be completed by 23:30.

Festival Program

  • Please arrive up to 20 minutes before the Playing in Nature program begins.
  • Ticket holders of the film could watch the performance.
  • Your entry number will be assigned upon ticket booking, please queue in order of your number starting 40 minutes prior to the screening.

UMFF Pass

  • Click on ¡°Reserve¡± to make instant bookings without additional payment.
  • Up to 5 sessions of Film+festival programs can be reserved per day.
  • Only 1 ticket per UMFF Pass is available for each screening, and festival programs.
  • Online/on-site reservations are available with UMFF Pass.
  • Attendees using tickets bought with UMFF Pass must bring their tickets.

Screening Rules

  • All film and Festival programs will begin at scheduled times.
  • Entry begins 30 minutes before the screening start time for UMFF Cinema: for all other theaters, entry begins 15 minutes before the start time.
  • Late entry does not guarantee selected seats at purchase.
  • Photography and video recordings are strictly prohibited during the screening. (including trailers and end credits)
  • Tickets will be checked upon re-entry, so please make sure to have your ticket if you need to leave.
  • Photos and recordings from this event may be used for promotional purposes by the Ulsan Ulju Mountain Film Festival.
