Mistletoe

In their late twenties, Jae-hee and Jung-woo are colleagues working at a video production company. While working on a project related to caregiving, they meet A-hyeon, Jae-hee’s neighbor. Meeting A-hyeon stirs a part of Jae-hee’s heart and memories.

Similar experiences don’t always aid understanding; they can also lead to resignation, a certainty that things won’t improve. Instead of waiting for a bond of care to erode under this weight, what if we make an effort to truly see one another? After a long period of caregiving, the hope is that what remains with us is not a sense of guilt, but something more.​​​
