SYNOPSIS

A pick-up truck driver leaves Kathmandu airport for a two-day drive with a delivery arriving from abroad to a remote mountain village. On the high road, a solitary figure slowly makes his way, wheeling a small red suitcase toward the same village.

NOTE

This film reflects the spirit of Nepalese youth facing political and economic uncertainty. It highlights the social costs of migration and remittance in Nepal. The story reveals the ¡°cheap¡± and ¡°expendable¡± lives of migrant workers, while resonating with their hopes, dreams, and despair. This film is my tribute to millions of migrant workers worldwide.
