Lee Ran-hee
19-year-old Chang-woo, an on-the-job trainee at a small company, spends his final semester not at school, but in an unfamiliar factory. As he faces both the excitement and anxiety of entering society, he gradually finds joy in his work and a sense of camaraderie, despite the harsh evaluations from his senior mentor. But an unexpected farewell with a colleague causes him to falter, drawing him a step back.
I hope that everyone can enjoy equal rights as human beings, regardless of whether they were born to privileged parents, possess special talents, have grand dreams, make extraordinary efforts, achieve remarkable success, or are simply lucky.
