In some villages of the Val di Non and Val di Fiemme, close to the administrative and linguistic border between Trentino and Südtirol (North Italy), the alpine landscape presents characteristics that differentiate it from those of intensive monoculture or abandonment. This is due to the work of farmers who take care of the land, cut the meadows, manage the pastures and raise the livestock, delivering the milk to local dairies.
The farmers in a border region are architects of a vibrant, sustainable landscape. Through their collaboration, they bring forth high-quality dairy products. Let¡¯s take a moment to listen to their story!
