Every night, Paulette observes the same shooting star in the sky. She makes her deepest wish: to find her mysteriously missing pet rat. The days go by, but the animal doesn't return. Paulette wants to understand what's wrong with her star.

The director intentionally employs minimal dialogue, relying instead on light, color, and music to convey the longing for a precious presence. This animation, featuring a sensuous soundtrack, delicately reveals the character’s emotions and enhances its mystical atmosphere and charm.​​​
