SYNOPSIS

Nestled in the middle of a secluded valley and surrounded by green meadows and rivers, an imposing mass of snow and rock rises abruptly. The adventurous Lord Cliffrider hopes to be the first to achieve the summit of his longed-for mountain, but as time passes, this dream vanishes like the smoke from his pipe.

NOTE

Kronoshock drew inspiration from some of the ascents that have shaped the history of mountaineering, with the aim of illustrating its evolution.

Born in Barcelona in 1971, Ignasi López Fàbregas has directed numerous animated short films about Mountaineering, including Projecte inbestigadó(2014), Mano killer(2016), Criaturitas(2016), Viacruxis(2018), Moscardones(2019), El gran hito(2020), Egoland(2022), and Kronoshock(2026).
