Together
The “Together” section presents 15 films offering fresh perspectives on the complex questions we face today.
Centered on themes of mountains and nature, these films explore the topics of challenge and sportsmanship, animal rights and ecological ethics, and environmental and climate crises to explore the relationship between humans and nature in deeply layered yet warm perspectives. This is probably possible because the mountains are not simple backdrops in these stories, but a space where relationships form, emotions are stirred, and reflection begins.
The collaborative film reading program with the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education and local Ulju schools also returns this year. It will be a valuable opportunity for children and teens to interpret films from their own perspectives and connect with the world in their own voices. This September, we invite you to the Yeongnam Alps for a meaningful gathering where nature and film, people and people come together.
