Joyful and tender, majestic and profound; mountains encapsulate the faces of countless individuals and their life stories. Together has gathered various narratives embraced by the mountains - stories of laughter, tears, changes, and growth. Again this year, unstoppable young people from around the world knock on the doors of UMFF, bringing with them astonishing tales. They enjoy nature, climb mountains, tenderly care for fragile animals, and sometimes, find themselves growing up amidst the mountains, separated from their parents. The transformations of those who come to realize the ways of healing and coexistence serve as a sharp reminder of the self-centeredness of our times, simultaneously offering deeply touching moments to those who support their journeys. Short yet hilarious animation films are the highlights of Together, a section for families to enjoy together. The film reading program in collaboration with local educational authorities and schools in the Ulsan-Ulju area will serve as a meaningful cultural enrichment program, allowing local children and teenagers to experience educational values and venture into new realms of imagination.
